Shipping
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (not counting weekends and holidays) from California via USPS. You'll get an email with tracking when your order ships; tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free, applied automatically at checkout. Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout using USPS rates.
Do you ship internationally?
Not right now. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
When should I order for Christmas?
Based on USPS's recommended 2026 holiday shipping dates for the lower 48 states:
- Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): order by Tuesday, December 15
- Priority Mail: order by Wednesday, December 16
Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii? Ground Advantage can take 10 or more days, so order in early December. Earlier is always safer during the holiday rush.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes. Add your gift message in the order note box in your cart and we'll include it with the order. Ship it straight to the lucky nurse by entering their address at checkout.
My package hasn't arrived or arrived damaged. What do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 12 days of your shipping confirmation email, email us at info@aclmshop.com with your name and order number. If it arrived damaged, email us your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.
Badge reels and accessories
What clip options do your badge reels come with?
Most of our badge reels let you choose a belt clip or an alligator clip with a 360° swivel, and have a retractable cord that extends about 24 inches.
How much weight can a badge reel hold?
Our badge reels are standard (not heavy-duty) reels made to hold a few ID cards plus a badge topper or badge buddy. If your reel arrives defective, see our return policy below.
How do I clean my badge reel?
Wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Please don't use alcohol or disinfectant wipes, harsh chemicals or direct heat, which can damage the print.
Will a badge topper fit my hospital badge?
Our badge toppers come in two sizes: 3.25 inches wide for horizontal badges and 2 inches wide for vertical badges. They sit behind a standard ID badge so the design peeks over the top. Badge reels are sold separately.
What is a badge buddy?
A badge buddy sits behind your ID and shows your name and credentials in big, easy-to-read letters. Ours come in standard or long, horizontal or vertical, in 33 acrylic colors, with an optional charm.
How do badge charms attach?
Our badge charms clip on with a lobster clasp, so they work on any badge reel, lanyard, zipper or bag.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. Our stickers are printed on waterproof paper and sealed with a waterproof matte vinyl laminate, so they hold up to splashes and gentle hand washing. They're not dishwasher-safe and shouldn't be fully submerged.
Custom and bulk orders
How do custom badge buddies work?
Enter your name, credentials or short phrase when you order and pick your size, color and charm. We don't send proofs, so if you have a question about your design, message us before or after you order. Custom badge buddies ship in 1–2 business days, just like everything else.
Do you take bulk or custom orders?
Yes. Matching reels for your unit, Nurses Week gifts and custom designs are handled case by case. Email info@aclmshop.com with what you have in mind and how many you need.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items need to be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Email info@aclmshop.com to start a return before sending anything back; if it's approved, we'll send a return label and instructions. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus return shipping. For exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong?
Please check your order when it arrives and email us right away at info@aclmshop.com so we can make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.

Who makes your products?
We're James, a registered nurse with 17+ years at the bedside who now works in the ER, and Katie, a graphic designer. Every design starts as a real story from the floor, and we make and pack every order in our home studio. Read our story.
